Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, every customer receives an invoice for their order. A digital invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address after the order is confirmed. This invoice includes:

When is the order payment taken of my bank account?

For orders placed with Zimshy, payment is typically processed at the time of checkout. The timing of payment deduction depends on the payment method you choose:

  • JazzCash: Payment is deducted immediately once the transaction is completed through your JazzCash account.

  • EasyPaisa: Payment is processed right after you confirm the transaction in your EasyPaisa account.

What is Wishlist?

A Wishlist is a personalized feature that allows you to save products you’re interested in for future reference or purchase. Instead of adding items to your cart right away, you can add them to your Wishlist to keep track of your favorite products.

We’re sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect product! Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Inspect the packaging: Before opening, check the packaging for any damage.

  2. Document the issue: Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, as well as any damage to the packaging.

  3. Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team within a day of receiving your order. Share your order number, describe the issue, and send us the photos.

  4. Return or exchange: We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process based on your preference.
